The sweet delicacy that immediately caught Zita’s eye was the honey caramel with yogurt-curd. Not only could Zita sweeten her tea with her much-loved honey from the maid, but in return she was able to delight the maid with this delicious treat.

The sweet delicacy that immediately caught Zita’s eye was the honey caramel with yogurt-curd. Not only could Zita sweeten her tea with her much-loved honey from the maid, but in return she was able to delight the maid with this delicious treat.

FOR THE HONEY CARAMEL

100g       butter
100g       honey
150g       whipping cream

 

FOR THE YOGURT-CURD

200g      curd
100g       natural yogurt

 

OTHER

100g      chopped hazelnuts

You can buy these products at our market in the basement

DIRECTIONS

Preparation:

  • bowl, whisk, pot, scale

 

Honey Caramel:

  • lightly caramelize the honey with the butter in a pan on low heat
  • add whipped cream, stir and season with a pinch of salt
  • pour into a bowl and let it cool down 

 

Finish Yoghurt-Curd

  • mix curd and natural yogurt
  • then arrange yogurt-curd on top of the honey caramel and sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts
