The sweet treat that immediately caught Zita’s eye was the honey caramel with yogurt curd. Not only could Zita sweeten her tea with the honey she loved so much, which the maid had given her, but in return she was able to delight the maid with this delicious treat.

The sweet treat that immediately caught Zita’s eye was the honey caramel with yogurt curd. Not only could Zita sweeten her tea with the honey she loved so much, which the maid had given her, but in return she was able to delight the maid with this delicious treat.
FOR THE HONEY CARAMEL
100g butter
100g honey
150g whipping cream
FOR THE YOGURT CURD
200g
100g plain yogurt
OTHER
100 g chopped hazelnuts
DIRECTIONS
Preparation:
- bowl, whisk, pot, scale
Honey Caramel:

Lightly caramelize the honey with the butter in a pan over low heat

Add whipped cream, stir, and season with a pinch of salt

Pour it into a bowl and let it cool
Finish Yogurt Curd
- Mix curd and plain yogurt

then spread the yogurt curd over the honey caramel and sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts
Serve and Enjoy
